Terms of Service

The short version. Use the FidelisFinds website and apps for lawful personal use. Don’t try to attack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or impersonate us. We provide the Service as-is, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FidelisFinds Inc. website and the GoGoGallery iOS application (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service we provide

FidelisFinds Inc. provides software for organising and cleaning up media on Apple devices. Specific features depend on the app and version you use. The Service is intended for lawful, personal, non-commercial use. We try to make the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required where you live) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Your device

The Service does not require a FidelisFinds Inc. account. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID, device passcode, and biometric protections secure. Any purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and governed by Apple’s terms; FidelisFinds Inc. does not store payment card information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal purposes, and you agree not to:

use the Service in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful way, or in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable law;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or to any system or network connected to it;
reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app, except as expressly permitted by law;
resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written permission;
scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the website by automated means;
impersonate FidelisFinds Inc. or use our brand without permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and other content owned or licensed by FidelisFinds Inc., is protected by intellectual-property laws. FidelisFinds Inc. grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your lawful personal use in accordance with these Terms.

7. Your content

GoGoGallery does not upload your photos. Any content the app accesses on your device remains yours. You are responsible for backups of your media before performing destructive actions such as deletion.

8. Purchases

GoGoGallery may offer optional paid features or subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. Any subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policy.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FidelisFinds Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Termination

FidelisFinds Inc. may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or that doing so is necessary to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Modifications to the Service and these Terms

FidelisFinds Inc. may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
