FidelisFinds Inc. (“FidelisFinds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Wyoming corporation. FidelisFinds Inc. operates this website and publishes the GoGoGallery iOS application. You can reach us at hello@fidelisfinds.com.

2. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with:

• the FidelisFinds website;
• the GoGoGallery iOS application;
• email correspondence you send to us.

3. On-device processing & your media

GoGoGallery is designed to operate entirely on your device. This means:

• GoGoGallery processes photos locally on your device. All analysis — including duplicate detection, screenshot grouping, and cleanup suggestions — runs on your iPhone using Apple’s on-device frameworks.
• Photos are not uploaded to FidelisFinds Inc. servers. Your images, videos, and library metadata never leave your device through GoGoGallery.
• You remain in control of your media. Nothing is marked, moved, or deleted without your explicit confirmation. Deletion uses the standard iOS flow, so removed items remain recoverable in Photos › Recently Deleted for 30 days.

Accordingly, the following information never reaches FidelisFinds Inc. servers:

• your photos, videos, or any image content from your camera roll;
• metadata derived from your library (timestamps, locations, file sizes, similarity scores);
• which photos you keep, mark, or delete;
• your iCloud account or Apple ID identifiers.

4. Information we do collect

4.1 Email you send us

When you email us, we receive the email address and message contents you send. We use this only to reply to you and to keep a record for support continuity.

4.2 Website server logs

Our website host receives standard request logs (such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL) for the purpose of delivering pages and protecting the site against abuse. We do not use this information to build profiles of visitors.

4.3 App purchases

Any in-app purchases or subscriptions for GoGoGallery are processed by Apple through the App Store. FidelisFinds Inc. does not store payment card information. We do not receive, view, or retain your credit card, debit card, or other payment details. We may receive aggregated, anonymised sales information from Apple for accounting and tax purposes. Apple’s handling of your purchase is governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.

4.4 Crash reports

If you enable diagnostic sharing through Apple, anonymised crash reports and performance information may be made available to FidelisFinds Inc. for troubleshooting, reliability improvements, and product development. These reports do not contain photo content.

5. How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve our website and apps.
• To respond to messages and support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

6. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only with:

• service providers we use to run the website and email (hosting and transactional email);
• Apple, for app distribution, in-app purchases, and crash reporting;
• authorities, where required by valid legal process.

7. Data retention

We retain email correspondence for as long as it is useful for support continuity, and longer if required by law. Server logs are retained for a short period and then discarded or rotated according to our host’s defaults.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may grant you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, write to hello@fidelisfinds.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. Children

Our website and apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect the limited information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep our attack surface deliberately small by collecting as little as possible.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
